Resources for Rebuilding Schools CT Clean Energy Fund High Performance Schools Program includes a circuit rider (Bill Leahy & ISE) who works with CT schools, BoE, etc. as well as incentives for renewable systems and grants for technical assistance. The CT Energy
Efficiency Fund offers Energy Conscious Blueprint Program providing
assistance on energy saving ideas to commercial customers in early
stages of design or remodeling and various incentives on energy
