Second location opportunity !! Bridgeport area
The CT Green Building Council is sponsoring a Habitat for Humanity build as part of the USGBC Green Apple Day of Service on Saturday, September 29, 2012. A single family home in Bridgeport, CT has been chosen as our second location. A limited number of volunteers will be participating at the Bridgeport site. We will announce future opportunities by email and on our website. Sign on for Bridgeport now !
The 29th will be a full day of work with an hour lunch break. (Bring your own lunch and beverages). If you would like to sign on to volunteer please register and include all contact information requested. You will be notified of your work assignment as soon as possible and provided with general instructions, a safety manual, appropriate dress code, a release and waiver of responsibility,
We are excited to have this opportunity to help the local Bridgeport school community by helping to build a well constructed, healthy, energy efficient home for a family in Bridgeport. As a volunteer you will be doing something invaluable for a family in the Bridgeport area.
