Over 140 sessions have been approved for LEED CE hours. View continuing education information by selecting any session to access the session. Twenty-seven LEED-specific sessions are also available to full conference attendees.
Master Series - An Artist Takes the Stage
The 2012 Greenbuild Master Series will combine high-quality speakers who push boundaries and USGBC staff with messages about the latest LEED developments.
Master Series Speaker Candy Chang is an artist, designer, and urban planner who explores making cities more comfortable and contemplative places. She believes in the potential of introspection and collective wisdom in public space to improve our communities and our personal well-being. She is a TED Senior Fellow, an Urban Innovation Fellow, was named a "Live Your Best Life" Local Hero by Oprah Magazine, and has been recognized as a leader in developing new strategies for the design of our cities.
Summit Highlight - Green Jobs Summit
By 2013, green buildings will support nearly 8 million workers. As a part of Greenbuild, join this year's Green Jobs Summit as key leaders, experts, advocates, and practitioners gather for interactive conversations to advance the green jobs movement on Nov. 14, from 1:30 - 5:30 pm.
What's next for green jobs post election? What's the role of green buildings in economic recovery? Learn answers to these questions and more at the Green Jobs Summit's education sessions.
Connect with like-minded companies and peers at the Green Building Job Fair Nov. 13, from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. The fair is free and open to all Greenbuild attendees and exhibitors. Reserve a table at the Job Fair to advertise job openings and meet viable job candidates.
Tour and Explore
Explore California and the San Francisco Bay Area and discover local green buildings. Greenbuild Green Building Tours help attendees learn outside the traditional convention center walls by presenting the best of the Bay Area's sustainable buildings and neighborhoods.
Tours will be held Nov. 16 and 17.
