2009 CTGBC Holiday Party l   Event Archive   

The second annual CTGBC Holiday gathering was held December 7th at Leon’s Restaurant in New Haven. CTGBC has held these members-free events as a service to our hard working membership. This was a great networking and holiday warm up event that attracted approximately 75 members from all over.

CTGBC Chairman Todd Renz and President Bob Wall gave a short slide presentation showing highlights of the past year’s accomplishments. We were able to host successful tours of green buildings (Smilow Cancer Hospital, Connecticut Science Museum, Darien Public Library), add a significant number of new members and sponsors and hold LEED education trainings workshops around the state.

Over the coming year we will do even more with our expanded membership capabilities. LEED has been revised and the new system of green education through the GBCI is an exciting prospect. Please stay in touch.
